本次重发的主要原因是因为在上次发布的版本中存在大量错误(已经无法通过补丁包修正)

本次**主要**的修正内容有:

1.CD文件夹加入OP及ED

2.修正 Certificate&Exemption from liability statement.docx

3.增加上一版本未添加的章节信息
